Session Rates

Investing in your healing is an important decision. Session rates reflect the time, care, and expertise that I bring to each session. Fees vary depending on the service type and length, and can be discussed during your consultation so you know exactly what to expect before getting started.

Insurance

Illuminated Pathways is considered an out-of-network provider, which means payment is made at the time of your session. Many clients choose to submit a superbill (a detailed receipt) to their insurance company for partial reimbursement.

If you’d like to explore this option, contact your insurance provider and ask about:

  • Out-of-network mental health benefits

  • Your deductible and reimbursement rates

  • How to submit a superbill for therapy services

Payment Methods

Payments can be made by credit or debit card, as well as through HSA or FSA accounts. All payments are processed securely through the online client portal for your convenience.
