Illuminated Pathways is a private-pay, out-of-network practice. Choosing private-pay therapy allows me to offer deeper, more personalized, and ethically grounded care.
Insurance-driven therapy often limits session length, restricts clinical approaches, requires diagnostic labeling, and prioritizes symptom reduction over meaningful healing. My private-pay model allows us to focus on you — not paperwork, time constraints, or insurance mandates.
